This morning, Rebecca, new podmate Dan, and friend Jessica decided to make kraut out of all those garden cabbages.
“What’s this?” I ask Rebecca. “Dill seed, harvested from the garden.” For the kraut.
“And what’s this?” I ask, on my way out the door. “Plantain seed, from the garden.” “WOW!” “It’s supposed to be high in Omega 3. We’ll put it in smoothies, and grind it for flour.”
